Paralegal/Legal Assistant position - Durham
Small family law firm is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to provide support to their firm. Must be able to juggle and prioritize multipe duties while remaining flexible. Duties include preparing and responding to formal/informal discovery, preparing documents, spreadsheets, financial affidavits, communicating with clients, drafting agreements. In addition, will schedule meetings and mediations, manage attorney calendar and case deadlines. Client intake and covering phone. Must have excellent customer service & interpersonal skills and be able to work calmly under stressful situations. Past Paralegal/Legal experience is preferred but not required. Hourly rate is $17-$20 per hour dependent upon qualifications and experience. Number of hours per week is also dependent upon qualifications and experience. Direct or Temporary-Permanent hire.
Clinical Regulatory Associate Position- Chapel Hill
Large Academic Research Organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate with experience preparing and submitting regulatory documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and creating informed consent forms. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance of an assigned disease group which includes providing regualtory guidance and training to investigators and CPO staff; preparing and submitting regulatory documents and responses to regulatory bodies (IRB) and creating and maintaining professional working relationships with investigators, sponsors, team members and others. Preferred qualifications include significant use of technology. Experience in Clinical Research is preferred. Experience with Code of Federal Regulations preferred as well as ICH Guidelines. Clinical Research Certification is also preferred. Must love working among a team of professionals. Bachelor's degree with one year of experience required. Temporary to potential permanent position. Hourly rate $25-$28 per hour.
