Duties include answering phones, preparing coorespondence, working with vendors, etc. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4- year college degree in Business or related field and a desire to succeed. Psychiatrist Administrative Assistant - Raleigh
Raleigh medical practice seeks responsible Psychiatrist Administrative staff member with excellent patient relation skills. This position requires past experience in a medical office setting. Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in/out, collecting payments, and insurance verifications, providing support to clinicians. Will also schedule drug representatives meetings and coordinate meeting set-up. Must be friendly, courteous with excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail. Must be able to work well with staff, management and clinicians. College Degree preferred. Temporary to permanent hire with excellent benefits. Hourly pay is $15/hour. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Clinical Regulatory Associate Position- Chapel Hill
Large Academic Research Organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate with experience preparing and submitting regulatory documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and creating informed consent forms. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance of an assigned disease group which includes providing regualtory guidance and training to investigators and CPO staff; preparing and submitting regulatory documents and responses to regulatory bodies (IRB) and creating and maintaining professional working relationships with investigators, sponsors, team members and others. Preferred qualifications include significant use of technology. Experience in Clinical Research is preferred. Experience with Code of Federal Regulations preferred as well as ICH Guidelines. Clinical Research Certification is also preferred. Must love working among a team of professionals. Bachelor's degree with one year of experience required. Temporary to potential permanent position. Hourly rate $25-$28 per hour.
