Credentialing Specialist Support - Chapel Hill
Higher educational institution seeks Assistant to Credentialing staff. Candidate must have strong administrative background and be highly proficient in MS Office. Must have excellent written, verbal, editing and proof reading skills. Experience with SharePoint a plus. Individual must be professional, organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The individual should be one who enjoys frequent interactions, both in person and by phone. (The office environment does not afford one to sit quietly every day without interruption.) The ideal person will enjoy and appreciate deadlines and thrive on challenges that motivate and inspire. The successful individual will be able to work with diverse groups and have a strong appetite for cultural competence. Accountant for Law Firm – Chapel Hill
Well established local law firm seeks Accountant to assist Sr. Accountant. Duties include: Learn firm’s software to assist with daily reconciliation and monitoring of multiple accounts in medium sized law firm. Follow up with staff on issues that need attention in each account. Enter client payments, make and log deposits, assist attorneys with monthly billing process and generate P/L reports; assist with verification of 1099s forms; assist in documentation and streamlining of accounting policies/procedures; train staff as needed. Assist with accounts payables, provide backup on payroll and other accounting duties.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting degree; minimal 5 years’ experience, preferably in a professional service organization.
Desirable: Experience with QuickBooks, strong sense of responsibility, organized, flexible and adaptable.
Starting Salary: $50,000; DOE – Full-time, Temporary-to-Hire

Data Entry Specialist - Durham
Well established healthcare concern is seeking candidates for assistance in their purchasing and materials management department. Position will be analyzing data pertaining to building materials and purchase orders. Candidates should have a keen attention to detail and be able to work both independently or in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel required. Must be technically adept, and able to learn new software in a reasonable timeframe. Full-time, long-term temporary, M-F, $15/hr.
