Local established Heating and Air Repair Service is seeking to fill two full-time scheduling coordinator positions. Responsibilities include maintaining Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatching technicians. Answering calls as well as online requests. Maintaining customer information. Must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, while being organized. Knowledge of HVAC industry is required. Must have excellent Computer skills (outlook, Excel Word) Prior experience dispatching calls would be helpful.

Academic Research Organization is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to review complex clinical trial budgets and payment term agreements. Experience in a clinical trial setting with industry sponsors is required along with negotiation of clinical agreements or contracts. Experience in Pharmaceuticals is preferred. Temporary to potential permanent. Hourly rate is $22-$26/hour
Client Relationship Manager - Chapel Hill
Respected financial advisery and management firm seeks responsible Client Relationship Manager to manage and monitor client relationships. Will focus on client satisfaction with specific attention in the areas of client interaction, client development, operations and account maintenance. Requires a Bachelor's degree with minimum of three years Customer Service experience in the investment advisory or financial planning industry; Series 65 or 66, and Certified Planner designation highly desired. Excellent customer service skills providing professional and courteous service to clients, prospective clients and colleagues is required. Must also be able to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines; Attention to detail. Must also possess excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing. Knowledge of Salesforce software helpful with proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Google Apps; including Gmail and Google Calendar. Permanent position with compensation dependent on experience in $40-50k range.
