Psychiatrist Administrative Staff - Raleigh
Busy Raleigh Psychiatrist office is seeking a responsible administrative staff member with excellent patient relation skills. Requires past medical office experience as will be answering phones, scheduling patients, checking in/out patients, verifiying insurance, and taking payments. This position will also support clinicians, schedule drug representative meetings, and set up for those meetings. Must be friendly and courteous with excellent customer service skills along with an attention to detail. Must be able to work well with staff members, management and clinicians. A Four-year degree is preferred. $15/hour.
Clinical Scheduling Coordinator- Chapel Hill
Dental Clinic within an academic setting is seeking a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator for their busy clinic. Will be responsible for pre-doctoral clinic scheduling, making appointments, verification of medicaid eligibility, processing payments, etc. Must be able to function in a team oriented environment with an ability to interface and take direction from a wide range of faculty members. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to convey treatment objectives across a variety of cultural, societal, and ethnic backgrounds. Preferred candidates will be comfortable with the use of new and emerging technology. This position has potential to become permanent. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm. $16-$19/hour dependent upon qualifications.
Commercial Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager-Chapel Hill
Excellent opportunity for individual with desire to learn commercial leasing industry. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations in the Property Management Department. Requires work ethic that includes commitment, provden background in organizational and client service, professional demeanor, 4 year college degree and desire to succeed. A background interest in Real Estate is highly desired. This is a temporary -permanent opportunity or could be direct hire potentially. Salary range if $40,000-$50,000 dependent upon experience.
