Pt-Time Paralegal Assistant - Carrboro

Small law office involved with Immigration issues seeks part-time Paralegal to handle diverse tasks--must have exceptional writing/technical writing  & editing skills, copywriting, ghost writing and a background in social media, blogging, including administrative duties such as filing, telephone communications and routine general office work. Degree required preferably in English, Journalism, Mass Communications or Fine Arts.  Work hours to begin will be around 15 per week, but will increase. Starting hourly pay rate around $15 per hour.


Office Manager - Durham

Non-profit environmental group seeks Office Manager with knowledge and experience in all facets of HR with small number employees. Will assist Assistant Director in many diverse projects and assume additional tasks with time. An interest in environmental issues or non-profit background desirable.  Temporary to Hire. Pay range $19-21 per hour and includes benefits.


Accounting Assistant - Chapel Hill

Highly respected developer seeks Assistant to the Controller. Experience working with processing sub-contractor draws, A/P, A/R in Quickbooks. Includes clerical tasks, filing, copying, and communicating with Project Managers other financial entities. Salary commensurate with experience.
