General administrative duties, front office reception, booking agent for 4 guest suites, monitoring visiting guests and vendor deliveries, managing general resident inquiries and requests. Requires general MS Office proficiency and will be trained on proprietary database. Must be highly personable, diligent and have excellent work ethic. Four year degree preferred. Full-time, temporary with possibility of permanent hire. $15/hr.
Administrative Support Professional
Administrative Support Professional needed for busy Chapel Hill office. Position requires direct experience with organizing and scheduling, editing documents, proof reading and ability to prepare written documents. Also, strong administrative assistant/clerical background/administrative support role with working knowledge of MS Office programs (including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook). Must have ability to research, analyze and record data findings in timely fashion. Strong attention to detail, competent technical skills and comfortable working with dual screen computer for entering data, any healthcare experience highly desirable.
